HISTORY

The Tuff Gibsons started sometime in October of 2000. The original members consisted of Nate Knoeck (guitar), Tyler Woller (percussion), Cor-e Nelson (vocals), and Alec Regan (low frequency guitar). Adam Wiederhoeft came to the first practice and though that it looked fun so he asked to join. After little to none discussion, he was accepted under the rank of second guitar. Less than two weeks later, the Tuff Gibsons had a show booked: opening for I Voted For Kodos. It was time to write some songs. About a week before the show, Cor-e decided being vocals was too much thinking for him, so he quit. But that didn't matter, because Cor-e kind of sucked, and Nate ended up doing most of the vocals anyway, so he took over. Approximately 4 months and 3 shows later, Adam quit/got kicked out. This was a result of Adam and Tyler's constant bickering. Adam just didn't want to deal with it anymore. It was bound to happen though, because Adam would be going to college soon. From then on it has been the Nate, Tyler, Alec trio that's made up the Tuff Gibsons. So far so good, we've made 1 CD, play about a show a month, and have grossed 600 dollars.
